Common Questions

How do I add tools?

From MyToolBox, tap Add Tools and choose Import File, Upload Links, Upload Photos, or Upload Receipts.

How do I list a used tool for sale?

Open the tool from MyToolBox, tap List for Sale, enter a sale price greater than $0, add optional sale details, and save. The listing is then available to ToolShed Market where your account's visibility rules allow it.

Can a tool be lendable and for sale?

Yes. Lending availability and sale listing are separate states on the same inventory item.

How do I remove a sale listing?

Open the owner tool detail and tap Remove Listing, or turn off List for Sale in the edit screen. This removes it from ToolShed Market without deleting the tool from MyToolBox.
