Friends are the neighbors you trust most. Adding a friend takes both people agreeing. Friends see your full tool inventory; everyone else in your community sees only the tools you have marked as available to lend.

Where is Friends?
Open Home and tap the Friends CTA near the top of the feed, or use any setup/deep-link path that opens Friends directly.
What is the difference between friends and my community?
Friends see your full tool inventory. Your wider community sees only the tools you have marked as available to lend. Being someone’s friend takes both of you accepting; being in a community just takes joining it.
