Common Questions
How do I get my Amazon order history?
Amazon no longer offers the old one-click Order History Reports flow. Request your data from Amazon Privacy Central, download the ZIP when Amazon emails it to you, unzip it, and look for Retail.OrderHistory.1.csv inside the Your Orders folder.
How do I get my Home Depot purchase history?
Log in to HomeDepot.com → My Account → Purchase History. If an export option is available, download it. Otherwise, forward your emailed receipts or copy order details into a spreadsheet.
How do I get my Lowe's purchase history?
Log in to Lowes.com → My Account → Order History. Download your history if export is available, or forward your emailed receipts and save them as a text file.
What about Walmart or other retailers?
Log in to the retailer's website, find your order history or purchase history section, and look for an export or download option. If there's no export, forward your email receipts or copy the details into a spreadsheet.
Can Claude help collect purchase history from email?
If you use Claude with a connected Gmail account, you can ask it to find tool-related receipts and export the results you review. Only use this if you are comfortable connecting that account and reviewing the output before upload.
Can I build a file from my email receipts?
Yes! Search your email for 'order confirmation' or 'receipt' from any retailer. Either forward them as a batch and save as a text file, or copy the details into a spreadsheet with columns for Product Name, Price, Date, and Store.
What file formats are supported?
Import File supports CSV, XLSX, text-based PDF, text exports, and email exports. Photos and receipts are handled in Upload Photos and Upload Receipts.
Will my personal purchases show up?
No. We automatically filter out clothing, food, personal care items, electronics, and anything that isn't a tool. Only tools, tool accessories, and tool-related consumables make it through.
What if I already have some of these tools in my ToolBox?
We check for duplicates automatically. If we find a match, we'll suggest merging the quantity instead of creating a duplicate entry.
