Messages

ToolBud has two types of message threads. Tool threads are created for each borrow session so you and the other party can coordinate pickup, return, and details. System threads are used by ToolBud to send you tips, updates, and educational content. System messages are read-only; you cannot reply.

•Share personal contact information in the first message

•Send excessive messages outside of active sessions
