Who can see my Community Ask post?
Verified Ring 2 posts are visible to verified members of your community. If you use the Ask Your Friends path, your post is visible to your friends only.
What kinds of asks can I post?
You can post two types: a community help ask (a general project or home-improvement question) or a pro recommendation request (looking for a contractor, handyman, or specialist your neighbors trust).
How do I reply to a neighbor's ask?
Tap the ask in the Community Feed to open it. You can reply directly in the thread. The person who posted the ask will be notified of your reply.
Can I send a borrow request directly from a Community Ask reply?
Yes. If a neighbor replies that they have the tool you need, you can tap to send a borrow request directly from the conversation thread without leaving the ask.
Who can post a Community Ask?
Verified Ring 2 community members can post to their community. If you are not yet Ring 2 verified, you can still post to your friends via the friendMode path when eligible.
